Training History at a glance
The list below reflects a summary of my time as an applications specialist for Autodesk resellers. It does not fully cover the training, demos, and straight face to face time that I havve spent with many clients, also including hosting the ADT User Group in Seattle for 6 months.
Weyerhaeuser
Initial planning for the implementation of a nation wide software upgrade and training program for all of their facilities in U.S and Canada. Resulted in the hiring of a full time trainer specific to Weyerhaeuser, and national CAD software implementation package.
Kimberly Clarke
Met with their CAD/Engineering lead to discuss their training needs, resulting in many users going through ACAD training and taking User Quizzes.
Sparling Electrical
Provided a demo of Building Systems and trained the CAD management/IT team on the Building Electrical Fundamentals and Intermediate class, leading to the sale of approx. 26 seats w/ 20 more possible. Was directly responsible in keeping them on board with the program even though it meant elaborate customization, which was done by IMAGINiT.
Seattle Public Utilities (SPU)
Trained the CAD manager/lead in an AutoCAD Upgrade class. Wrote a curriculum specific for their users, including custom menus and commands, then trained approx. 40 users on the content.
Henry Klein Architects
Resulting from an ADT demo, I trained 15 employees via a Lunch and Learn module, and consulted on and implemented an ADT Fast Track (One day implementation).
BCRA Architects
Resulting from an in-house demo of ADT, I trained approx. 26 employees via the Lunch and Learn module, consulted on and implemented an ADT Fast Track.
Charles Morgan Architects
Resulting from an onsite house call, Barbara and Charlie Morgan both took the ADT Fundamentals training from me. I also trained Barbara, Charlie Jr. and Sr. via the Lunch and Learn module. I also consulted on and implemented an ADT Fast Track for them.
